石油焦炭 Petroleum coke

根据摩擦片需要，采用优质石油焦，并严格按摩擦片所特需要求控制煅烧温度，使其真密度控制在一定的范围内，产出的焦碳较柔软、与刹车盘高速摩擦中无响声。由于其气孔度较好，与其它物质具有很好的结合度，使摩擦片有较高的散热性能及摩擦系数和强度。

规格：    0-0.3 mm、0-0.5 mm、0.2-0.8 mm、0.5-1.0 mm、0.8-1.2 mm等 

含碳量：≥99% 

用途：    汽车、机车、工程机械、钻井机、电梯等离合器片、制动蹄（鼓刹）等

The high-quality petroleum coke is used for making friction pads.  The temperature is strictly controlled to keep the real density within certain range.  The coke processed in this way is soft, and makes no noise in the high-speed friction with brake disc.  It also combines with other materials well due to its good porosity.  Application of petroleum coke will improve the heat radiation, promote the friction factor and strength of the friction pads.
