人造石墨 Artificial graphite

由于石墨在摩擦片中主要起到减摩作用，我们采用石油系基料（较易石墨化），经过2700 ℃以上的高温，并进行气体纯化及柔化处理（炉内不混有其它杂质的一级石墨）。产出的合成石墨纯净度高，非常柔软、润滑、耐磨，并具有较高的强度，与刹车盘在高速摩擦中减摩作用大、导热性好。

规格 ：   0-0.3 mm、0-0.5 mm、0.2-0.8 mm、0.5-1.0 mm、0.8-1.2 mm等 

含碳量：≥99% 

用途：    汽车、机车、工程机械、钻井机、电梯等制动片

The oil-based materials are used to make artificial graphite.  Being processed under the high temperature over 2700 ℃, purified and softened by the chemical gases, the product turns out to be pure, soft, lubricant, wearable, and in high strength.  It plays a good role of reducing friction in high-speed friction with brake disc.

Grade :                  0-0.3 mm, 0-0.5 mm, 0.2-0.8 mm, 0.5-1.0 mm, 0.8-1.2 mm, etc.

Carbon content:   ≥99%

Usage:                  Brake pads for auto, engine, machinery, well drill and elevator, etc.
